There are many different formats, shapes and sizes of journals. I prefer the old “write it down” method. Moving past the standard college ruled spiral bound, I adulted my way to a standard moleskin. Some people like to transcribe into their phone, making it possible to set tasks and reminders. Use the most comfortable method that fits your needs.
