Last year people set financial goals, like paying off credit cards, only to see gains erased by holiday spending. Maybe your goal was to lose 30 pounds and you are 40 pounds away from that goal now. You are not alone.

Is the item behind that “Buy Now” click, or that bowl of ice cream at 9:30pm better for us than the thoughtful goals we have in place? Probably not! The short bursts of Instant Gratification interfers with our goals and intentions. How can we get passed these acts of self-sabotage?
